CAPABILITIES

Industrial capabilities that adapt to your production.

GERA Machine offers flexible production support to industrial companies in CNC machining, welded fabrication, surface treatment and quality control — taking on a single operation or a combined scope where several processes are managed together.

OVERVIEW

Not every project needs the same scope.

In industrial production, some projects require only precision machining, others welded fabrication, and others measurement, surface treatment or several processes managed together.

GERA Machine offers process-based flexibility with an infrastructure that adapts to these different needs. Processes are managed around correctly understanding technical requirements, controlled application, measurement support and quality documentation.

PROCESS-BASED SUPPORT

Support at the production stage you need.

GERA Machine can support customers not only within a complete production scope but also at specific stages of the process. Customers can send their own materials, semi-finished parts or welded structures to receive only machining, welding, surface treatment or measurement support.

This approach lets customers work with a reliable partner for the operations they need without disrupting their existing production flow. Project scope is assessed against the drawing, tolerance requirements, part condition and delivery expectations.

  • CNC machining support only
  • Welded fabrication support only
  • Processing of customer-supplied parts
  • Surface treatment and painting support
  • CMM measurement and inspection support
  • Combined production processes

CNC MACHINING

CNC Machining

CNC machining support for industrial parts, customer-supplied semi-finished parts and welded structures.

GERA Machine provides CNC machining support so industrial parts are machined in line with the drawing and customer expectations. The process is planned considering part geometry, tolerance requirements, material structure and quality expectations.

Customer-supplied parts, semi-finished parts or welded structures are evaluated according to the required machining operations. The goal is to prepare the part for its subsequent production or assembly stages.

WELDED FABRICATION

Welded Fabrication

Controlled welded fabrication support for steel structures, machine frames and industrial parts.

GERA Machine produces welded steel structures, machine frames and project-specific fabrication parts for industrial manufacturers. Welding processes are planned and applied in line with technical requirements and quality procedures.

The aim of the welded fabrication process is to create a controlled and traceable production structure suited to the part's purpose, dimensional expectations and subsequent production stages.

SURFACE TREATMENT

Surface Treatment

Post-production surface preparation and protection through blasting, wet painting and powder coating.

GERA Machine supports post-production surface preparation and coating needs through blasting, wet painting and powder coating. Surface treatment is planned according to the part's area of use, customer expectations and project requirements.

These processes are considered an important part of the production flow for protecting parts, supporting service life and preparing them for shipment or assembly.

QUALITY CONTROL & METROLOGY

Quality Control & Metrology

Quality-focused production with CMM measurement, dimensional control and reporting support.

GERA Machine manages production together with quality control and measurement support. Dimensional control, CMM measurement, inspection reporting and process verification are used to assess parts against technical requirements.

The quality approach is not limited to a final-inspection stage. Checks at different points in the production process increase traceability and support production outputs that meet customer expectations.

HOW WE WORK

From technical requirement to production output.

Every project starts with assessing the drawing, part information or production need. Our team defines the required operations and scope, then builds the right process flow — single or combined.

  1. 01

Share the technical drawing or part information.

  2. 02

    Assess the production scope.

  3. 03

    Define the required processes.

  4. 04

Run the production and quality control process.

  5. 05

    Measurement, reporting and delivery preparation.

Share your production need.

Share your technical drawing, part details or production need and we'll assess the right scope together.
